RECIPE FOR HEALTH (ENTRY 6)

Nowadays fruit is also a source of natural food available and easy to find, unfortunately sometimes forget so easily, especially on nutritional value. There are many types of fruit that can prevent us from getting disease also help us to avoid it.
Kiwi fruit for example, although it is very small but has high nutrition as it is a good source of magnesium, vitamin E and fiber, as well as vitamin C twice two times more than oranges.
